Company Background
Conceptualized in early 2009, CGS Strategy LLC is a Michigan-based information technology (IT) management consulting company that specializes in providing advise and pragmatic solutions to business/IT decision makers.

CGS Strategy comprises business associates with specialties across multiple business disciplines, providing over 40 years combined experience in the field of Information Technology, Business Strategy, and Business Actuary.  For the most part we are industry and technology neutral -- we identify and apply only the "best fit" solution to a business problem given it's circumstance and characteristics.

Our Innovative TRIAD Practice Model
We take a three(3) prong approach to tackle business/IT challenges.   We first focus on the driving business strategy (WHY) for the business/IT problem, followed by the identification and/or assessment of the business capabilities (WHAT) affected or needed, and finally we explore the necessary business processes (HOW) required to realize the business capabilities supporting the business strategy.  As the final step in our execution framework, we design and implement the technological structures and functions necessary to execute the business processes (ARCHITECTURE).
